Are there Camp Quiet Hours?
Yes! Quiet hours are 6AM-11AM . Anyone found violating this rule, which includes personal parties and loudspeakers, will be given a warning and then asked to vacate the premises. Keep an eye out for a special sunrise announcement if you are looking to party into the morning. Only portable speakers the size of a backpack or smaller will be allowed during festival hours.

Promotion
All third party promotions must get approval from the staff either by E-Mail or upon arrival to the gates. Anyone spreading promotional material without approval subjects to removal from the grounds.

Are generators allowed?
Generators are allowed if you have purchased a pass for car or RV camping.  * Only Quiet Inverter Generators and Solar Generators Allowed *

Are there Electrical RV Hookups?
Spots are 'primitive' therefore there is no electrical access.

What is prohibited in the campgrounds?
NO Weapons/firearms (including but not limited to guns, knives, pocketknives, laser pens, brass knuckles, wallet chains, spikes or weapons of any kind including concealed permits)
NO fireworks, flying prayer lanterns, or explosives
NO Illegal substances
NO open flame grills or candles or charcoal
NO generators (RV’s with generators are permitted, Solar generators are exempt)
NO Large sound systems (and if neighbors ask to turn it down please respect their wishes)*
NO glass (mirrors are not allowed)
NO kegs
NO drones
NO unauthorized merchandise, soliciting, advertising, handbills, posters, product sampling, giveaways, etc. - Unless approved by staff

Will the campgrounds be open 24 hours?
Once you have your camping & admission wristbands you will be able to re-enter at anytime. You will be subject to search upon re-entering the campgrounds.

Do you mail out wristbands prior to the event?
No - you will receive your wristbands at the box office. It is very important to stop at the box office upon arrival at the event.
 
You will need either your PDF Ticket (printed) or your electronic ticket on your phone. Make sure your tickets are pulled up on your phone and the QR code is ready to scan before you reach the box office window to speed up the process for all guests. If your ticket does not scan you will not be granted access.

Service Animal Policy
Service animals are permitted throughout the festival grounds; however, this does not include emotional support animals, therapy animals, or companion animals. Pets are not allowed and will be turned away. Only legitimate service animals that are properly trained and are under the proper care of their owners will be provided with the appropriate credentials and allowed within the festival footprint

    The festival environment is loud and is not recommended for the well-being of animals. However, if it is truly necessary to bring a service animal, the following guidelines must be abided : All service animals must remain by the handler’s side at all times and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls.

    Service animals must be housebroken and should use the service animal relief area.
    Anyone bringing an animal will be responsible for, and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal.

      Wheelchair accessibility
      We encourage all patrons with mobility disabilities to utilize personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs and scooters. Patrons are also permitted to bring crutches, walkers, and canes to the event.

      Beach Rules
      NO LITTERING
      No swimming at night/unsupervised. Failure to follow this rule will result in expulsion from the grounds with no refund.
      All swimmers/beach goers MUST sign our liability waiver before entry is permitted to the beach.

      Shower details
      Shower passes should be sold at the box office, so we don’t have to worry about keeping track of the money.

      Will I be able to use cash/card to purchase things (ie explain the balance bucks etc). Do we need an ATM? YES Small Craft Vendors are not sharing percent so they can take all forms of payment.

      Will Balance Festival get cancelled if it’s raining?
      This show is RAIN OR SHINE - If weather gets to the point of shelter or evacuation, all attendees will be notified!

      WEATHER/CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICIES
      If for any reason the event is cancelled or postponed due to weather, all ticket purchasers will receive an e-mail regarding the situation.

      What if the artist I came to see is unable to attend the festival?
      Just like any event, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When purchasing your ticket you agreed to ticket terms. We do not offer refunds for any reason. We are unable to respond to refund requests. Thank you.
